Equipment Engineer (Implant)

As an Ion Implant Equipment Engineer, you will play a key role in driving quality improvements and enhancing equipment reliability. You will work closely with fellow engineers to identify and resolve complex equipment‑related issues, optimize processes, and implement sustainable improvements.

• Identify and resolve equipment‑related issues that impact quality and reliability
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode Analysis (FMA) to determine the causes of equipment failures
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Assist with or lead the testing, qualification, and implementation of new projects and modifications
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to project planning, execution, and tracking
