Job Summary
Arcosa Aggregates is seeking an Equipment Tech based out of our Amite, LA plant. This role is responsible for performing inspections, preventative maintenance, and general mechanical work to support the safe and reliable operation of plant and mobile equipment.
Day to Day
Actively promote safety awareness and continuous improvement through positive recognitionComply with all industry safety rules, procedures and applicable government regulations.Perform housekeeping around the plant or heavy mobile equipment in a mining environmentKnowledge of basic preventative maintenance on production equipment and plant maintenanceAdditional skills and experience including welding, cutting, fabrication, etc (preferred, not required)Perform daily pre-shift equipment and workplace inspections to maintain equipment performanceMaintain strong communications wi...
