Opportunity Description

The Role

Reporting to the Engineering & Reliability Manager this role will see you help deliver the Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls Engineering function for the Phosphate Hill and Mount Isa operations. You will primarily oversee and lead a small team while improving maintenance and reliability performance across the 2 sites.

You will lead a team to deliver and personally contribute to:

  • Positively contributing to “Zero Harm” and the development of an interdependent safety culture
  • Leading and developing a small electrical engineering team
  • Ownership of the electrical safety management system
  • Monitoring compliance to relevant external statutory regulation and internal plant and engineering standards
  • Maintaining effective working relationships to champion change and instigate and manage improvement projects .
