Opportunity Description
A leading fashion retailer located in West London are looking for an ER specialist on a 6-month contract. This retailer is a host to hundreds of customers per day and are known for their global presence, supplying stylish everyday wear.
You will oversee cases related to sickness, lateness, performance, grievances & more. You will act as the first point of contact supporting multiple stores with cases and introduce HR related tools that can be utilised by team members in the future.
The chosen candidate will need to be pro-active and knowledgeable with basic employment law to effectively provide conflict resolutions. Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft office is also needed for this role.
The salary is paying up to £60, accompanied by a performance related bonus and employee discount.
