Opportunity Description
Responsibilities:
- Position is with Battery Manufacturing Engineering - support program work for Industrial Engineering needs (study responses, capacity strategy analysis, time study) as well as Ergonomic analysis of assembly workstations.
- Provide technical expertise for interpretation / implementation of ergonomic related PTME Standards for new model programs, as per the Design for Ergonomic (DFE) Procedure on NE new model powertrain programs.
- Complete and document ergonomic assessments for new model programs, as per the Design for Ergonomic (DFE) Procedure.
- Complete key deliverables and associated documentation of the Design for Ergonomic (DFE) Procedure including High Hurts review working with the Local Ergonomics Committee (LEC) members, the Electrical Connector Review (ECR), Joint Connector Review (JCR), supplier run-off, and plant launch support.
