We are seeking a highly experienced Estimator specializing exclusively in new bridge construction projects in the UAE. The role is strictly focused on pre‑contract estimation and tendering for upcoming bridge works, including flyovers, interchanges, and elevated structures.
Scope of Work
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for new bridge construction projects
- Review and interpret IFC drawings, specifications, and tender documents specific to bridge works
- Perform detailed quantity take‑offs for all bridge components:
- Foundations (piles, pile caps)
- Substructure (piers, abutments)
- Superstructure (deck slabs, girders, post‑tensioned elements)
- Develop comprehensive rate analysis for bridge‑specific activities
- Precast segmental construction
- Launching girder operations
