Estimator-Fitout

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Estimator / Quantity Surveyor (QS) with a strong background in interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost estimation and quantity surveying for residential villas and commercial fit-out projects . The role requires excellent analytical skills, precision, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Immediate joiners will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities

1. Estimation & Costing

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates and budgets for interior fit-out projects.
• Analyse drawings, project specifications, and related documents to determine costs.
• Review tender documents and ensure all items are covered in the pricing.

2. Quantity Surveying

• Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on project drawings and site requirements.
