Estimator (Hybrid)

At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Estimator to join our client’s growing team based in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Estimator to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.
 
Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for a range of construction projects (commercial, residential, healthcare, education, etc.)
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost plans
• Manage the full tendering process from initial enquiry through to final submission
• Identify project risks and opportunities, incorporating them into pricing strategies
• Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to clarify scope and requirements
• Present tender reviews and recommendations to senior management
