Description We are looking for an Estimator to join a construction team in New Hampshire on a contract-to-permanent basis. This position focuses on building accurate project pricing by analyzing plans, coordinating quote information, and supporting competitive bid development. The ideal candidate brings construction estimating experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work closely with project and field teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze construction drawings, specifications, and related documents to develop complete and accurate estimate inputs.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and assemble detailed cost calculations for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted work.
• Request, review, and evaluate pricing from vendors and subcontractors to support reliable bid submissions.
