Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

1. Project Evaluation:
   • Conduct in-depth reviews of design plans, fitout specifications, and exhibition requirements.
   • Collaborate with design teams and project managers to understand the creative and technical aspects of projects.
2. Cost Estimation:
   • Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for fitout, and exhibition projects, encompassing materials, labor, specialty items, and project-specific elements.
   • Utilize industry-specific knowledge and benchmarks to enhance the precision of cost estimates.
3. Bid Preparation:
   • Prepare and submit competitive bids and proposals in response to RFPs and RFQs for interior design and exhibition projects.
   • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and specialty vendors to obtain quotes for unique project components.
