In this role, you will be the face of the restaurant, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for guests from the moment they arrive. Your duties will include greeting patrons, managing reservations, and ensuring a streamlined seating process.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the restaurant with a friendly smile
• Manage reservations and maintain an efficient seating plan
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Communicate wait times accurately and manage waiting lists
• Coordinate with the wait staff to ensure guest satisfaction and timely service
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any potential issues
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Support staff during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
