div p This newly created role within the Pay and Reward team will act as our lead job evaluation specialist, ensuring our processes are robust, objective and compliant, and that they support our wider commitment to equality, fairness and organisational performance. /p p You will be the council’s subject matter expert, leading the delivery of an effective and professional job evaluation service and providing impartial, expert advice to managers and HR colleagues. /p h3 What you'll be doing: /h3 ul li Quality assure job descriptions, person specifications, and evaluation documentation and provide feedback to managers where required /li li Coordinate and participate in weekly evaluation panels /li li Develop and maintain policy, procedures and templates to support a high quality job evaluation service /li li Maintain accurate files of evaluation documentation including job descriptions and questionnaire, scoring and outcomes /li li Identify opportunities to improve proces...
