Event and Engagement Associate

Job Key Skills:

• Basic understanding or strong interest in ATL/BTL marketing, on-ground activations, and event execution.
• Willingness to learn vendor coordination and event management coordination.
• Good communication skills with an interest in developing negotiation abilities.
• Eagerness to understand and support marketing activities ( BTL ) for new launches and sustenance projects.
• Strong curiosity to learn about micro-markets, competitor analysis, and local geography.
• Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and execute with guidance.
• Strong coordination skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work 6 days a week, including weekends, as per business requirements.
