Opportunity Description
Event days: Tues - Thurs
Timing: 10am-4pm
Venue: Will be deployed to Yishun, Sembawang, Woodlands, Bukit Panjang, Bukit Timah depending on roadshow
Main Duties:
- Assist in setup of tables, chairs, banners.
- Register jobseekers into system records.
- Guide employers to their allocated table and assist them in setting up banner.
- Support crowd control and queue management during events.
- Guide jobseekers to interview areas.
Requirements:
- Friendly and approachable personality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically able to stand and move around during events.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior event experience is an advantage but not required.
