Opportunity Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Event Marketing Executive/Manager to plan, execute, and manage both virtual and in-person B2 B events. This role is key to driving brand visibility, generating high-quality leads, and supporting overall business growth through strategic event initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Execution
Plan and execute B2 B events such as webinars, high tea events, roundtable discussions, and industry meetups
Coordinate end-to-end event management (venue, vendors, logistics, invites, follow-ups)
Manage event calendars aligned with business unit goals (DWP & Cloud/CIS)
Campaign & Promotion
Work with digital marketing team to promote events via Linked In, email campaigns, and paid ads
Create event communication plans (invites, reminders, post-event follow-ups)
Ensure strong registration and attendance rates
Lead Generation & Engagement
Drive lead generation through events
Ensure proper attendee targeting...
