Job Title: Event Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and creative Event Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of event planning and execution from concept development through to delivery and post-event evaluation. You will collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, client service) and external partners (vendors, venues, agencies) to deliver outstanding live, virtual or hybrid events that align with our brand and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop event concepts and detailed project plans aligning with business objectives, target audiences and budgets.
- Source and secure venues, negotiate contracts with vendors (catering, AV, décor, entertainment, staffing) and manage all logistics for each event.
