Duties and Responsibilities
- Experience Strategy and Planning: Develop event strategies based on consumer insights and behavioral data to ensure alignment with brand goals. Monitor industry and cultural trends to recommend and implement innovative digital and physical experiences. Conduct thorough risk assessments (safety, technical, and reputational) for every execution to ensure seamless delivery. Manage end-to-end event planning, including budgeting, logistics, and on-site execution.
- Program and Show Management: Oversee the technical flow of event programs, including stage management, talent coordination, and choreography. Ensure that everything aligns with Globe and industry best practices. Manage and optimize on-ground platforms to ensure a consistent brand presence and drive user engagement.
