Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive event and sales
- Follow up with clients on new enquiry allocated
- Produce detailed proposals for events
- Build good relationship with clients
- Work with contractors/vendors to fulfill event requirement
- Co-ordinate events, perform service recovery
- Oversees project management timelines, details and task executive
- Provide on-site support for assigned events
- Coordinate for events set up
- Ensure smooth operations of eventsUndertake any other ad hoc related duties as assigned
- Able to brainstorm and develop event proposals and presentations
- Experience in wide range events a plus, eg. Exhibitions, Product Launches, roadshow, etc
- Candidate possess diploma in event management or O level with 2 years event experience
- Able to work independently
- Able to work under tight deadline ...
