This world class firm are currently recruiting a Construction Solicitor with at least 5 years’+ pqe to be based in the Doha office. Contentious construction experience as well as experience with International Arbitration are required. This top ranked engineering and construction team work on building, engineering, utilities, transportation, infrastructure, real estate development and associated dispute resolution. You will advise on labour agreements, construction insurance policies, performance bonds and parent company guarantees, and representations in connection with regulatory matters affecting the design, development and construction process. You will represent clients across the whole sector in the Middle East, including developers, government agencies, contractors, oil and gas multinationals, consulting firms and project lenders.
