Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to all inquiries related to export operations
- Coordinate with logistics providers to arrange collections and address export-related matters
- Collaborate with sales teams and overseas offices to obtain airfreight approvals and confirm shipping rates
- Align with the Airfreight Planner to secure appropriate flight schedules
- Communicate with the Import Team regarding shipments intended for re-export
- Ensure export permits are applied for in a timely and accurate manner by coordinating with the relevant permits team
- Coordinate with the warehouse on cargo handling, including acceptance, release, packaging, sorting, and storage requirements
- Liaise with external service providers for tasks involving Dangerous Goods (DG) packing, crating, fumigation, and other specialized logistics needs
- Perform any other ad hoc duties.
