Executive Assistant AI-Driven Legal & Operations (Remote)

We’re a mental health tech platform connecting licensed psychologists with people who need support and educating thousands through our social media content. We're on a mission, we move fast, and we need a Founder's Associate, who is working closely with the founders and can operate at the intersection of law, ops, and AI.

This role is high-ownership. This role is not for everyone.

Fluent in English (written + spoken professional level) non-negotiable.

Owner Mindset: You don't wait for instructions; you find problems and solve them.

• Bookkeeping — Track invoices, expenses, and receipts. Keep financial records clean and accurate
• AI & Automation — Use tools like ChatGPT, Notion, Zapier/Make to automate tasks and work smarter
• Legal Research — Research regulations, summarise compliance topics, assist with policy documents
• Recruitment — Post jobs, screen candidates, arrange interviews, manage the hiring process
