Opportunity Description
Job Overview:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Director, ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office. The primary focus will be on managing schedules, coordinating meetings, taking minutes, handling travel arrangements, and assisting with ad hoc tasks to optimize the Director's efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate all meetings for the Director, both internal and external.
Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and take accurate minutes.
Ensure timely distribution of meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
Manage the Director's calendar, prioritizing and coordinating appointments and commitments.
Proactively handle scheduling conflicts and adjustments.
Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Prepare travel briefs with relevant information.
