Overview
An Executive Assistant is a professional responsible for managing the schedules and communications of key executives in their company, including but not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
- Monitoring and tracking the progress of the franchisee clients
- Manage information flow and respond to inquiries, emails, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Manage the schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements of the executive team, trainers, and franchisee clients ensuring smooth daily operations
- Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
- Assist in coordinating franchise operations, ensuring that franchisees are supported and the contract they signed and the procedures are communicated effectively
