Opportunity Description
- Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and special events, ensuring all details are handled efficiently.
- Maintain a filing system and ensure information is easily accessible.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and discretion.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: 2- year course or Vocational in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–6 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, time management, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
