Opportunity Description

The Executive Assistant provides high-level, confidential administrative and executive support to a senior leader or team. This role is responsible for managing a demanding and complex workload in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the executive office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage the executive's diary, including scheduling meetings, organising travel, and screening all incoming calls and correspondence.
  • Prepare high-quality documentation, including reports, briefings, presentations, and minutes for meetings.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and build strong, professional relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and track projects, manage competing priorities, and ensure that all deadlines are met.
  • Maintain confidential records and information in compliance with government policies and procedures.
