In this role, you help us partner with EMS in dispatch and in the field to support real-time clinical decision-making for non-emergent patients. The result is faster access to appropriate care, more capacity for true emergencies, and lower cost for patients, EMS, and health plans. So, callers with true emergencies get help faster, and communities move toward better outcomes at a lower cost.
