At NTU Shared Services (NSS), a centralized unit within Nanyang Technological University, the Automation team focuses on streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency. The Executive plays a key role in designing and deploying low‑code automation solutions to support university operations.

The Executive, a key member of NTU Shared Services (NSS) Automation team, is responsible for developing automation initiatives. Working closely with business stakeholders, their primary responsibility is to understand business needs, document, develop, test and implement low‑code solutions to automate business processes. They are also responsible for maintaining implemented solutions and troubleshooting issues.
