Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen.
- Lead a team of cooks and other culinary staff.
- Create new dishes and menus.
- Manage food preparation as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, menu planning, cost control and budgeting.
- Creative, passionate about food, and with excellent customer service skills.
