Salary: 1300 AED/Month
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a renowned restaurant in Khawr Fakkan, UAE. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader and have a passion for cooking.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative menus that are unique to the restaurant’s brand
- Manage kitchen operations ensuring food safety standards are met
- Create and maintain budget, cost controls and labour goals
- Ensure that all recipes, food preparations and presentations meet high quality standards
- Hire, train and manage kitchen staff, including sous chefs, cooks and other kitchen personnel
- Monitor food inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations
