What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire the culinary team across all food operations
- Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and safety
- Manage scheduling, labour, food cost, inventory, and purchasing
- Coach and mentor kitchen leaders and team members
- Collaborate with hotel leadership to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction
- Support menu development and seasonal features
- Build a positive, accountable, and high-performing kitchen culture
