We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have a professional background in the culinary arts and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills.

The main duties and responsibilities of the Executive Chef include:
- creating menus based on customer preferences and dietary requirements;
- supervising kitchen staff in their daily tasks;
- training kitchen staff in new techniques;
- monitoring food safety standards;
- developing recipes;
- ordering ingredients;
- planning menus;
- maintaining accurate inventory logs;
- ensuring food is prepared to the highest quality standards;
- ensuring proper portioning of food items.
