Job Summary
We are seeking an Executive, Customer Service Booking (Shipping) to manage booking requests and coordinate shipments. You will liaise with customers, process bookings, monitor cargo movements, and work with internal and overseas teams to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities- To liaise with customers on shipments dates and any special requirements pertaining to customers’ orders fulfilment.
- To process booking acknowledgement within lead-time.
- To monitor and follow-up on special cargo.
- To liaise with the Marketing team for space control.
- To monitor detention and payment, terminal transmissions etc.
- To coordinate with local and overseas stakeholders.
- To perform any other duties as assigned.
