Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the retirement residence
• Ensure high standards of resident care and dining services
• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team effectively
• Manage budgets and financial reporting accurately
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in a retirement living leadership role
• Proven experience as Executive Director or similar
