Avalign Ltd. is partnering with a growing retirement living organization to hire an experienced Executive Director for an established retirement community in Nepean, Ontario.

This is a hands-on, in-person leadership role responsible for the overall operation, resident experience, team leadership, and financial performance of the residence. The successful candidate will bring deep retirement living experience , strong people leadership, and operational discipline.
