Executive, Donation Processing

The Donation Processing Executive is responsible for the engagement of social mission minded Catholics and non‑Catholics to give their time and money in support of the causes that we champion to serve the most vulnerable in our society.

• Manage day‑to‑day fundraising processes
• Manage Caritas Singapore’s online fundraising platforms e.g., giving.sg, website, etc.
• Work closely with the Finance team on donation process and related issues e.g., GIRO rejections, receipt requests, invalid cheques, reconciliation, etc.
• Issue e‑receipts and mail out physical receipts to donors in a timely manner.
• Manage and answer donors’ queries.
• Maintain donor information and transactions in the Donor Management System (DMS) in an accurate and timely manner for tracking and reporting.
