About the Role

We are looking for an English-speaking Family & Operations Manager to join our family and company for the long term.

This is not a traditional nanny or au pair role. It is a unique opportunity to become part of both our family life and the long-term growth journey of YOUNG — a venture group building companies across hospitality, media, lifestyle, and real estate.

During the first years, your focus will be divided between:

supporting our family and children

and contributing to the operational side of YOUNG

As trust, experience, and responsibilities grow, there will be strong opportunities to develop further within YOUNG into a more business-focused role.
