Responsibilities
- Procurement & Vendor Management
- Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and selecting suppliers in line with company policies.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
- Monitor supplier performance, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors to support operational needs.
- Inventory Management
- Track inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
- Coordinate stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Conduct periodic inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
- Logistics & Distribution
- Coordinate with logistics providers for timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor shipment schedules and resolve delivery issues.
- Ensure proper documentation for all inbound and outbound logistics.
