Executive Manager- Human Rights

The International Beverages/ India BU Human Rights Associate Manager is responsible for supporting PepsiCo’s International Beverage Business Unit and franchisee and joint venture network in embedding human rights, ensuring awareness of our global standards and expectations, and driving continuous improvement across business partnership. Reporting to the Global Head of Human Rights, this role acts as the primary interface for franchisee and joint venture engagement, risk assessment, capacity building, and issue escalation, ensuring alignment with PepsiCo’s global human rights strategy while tailoring approaches to the unique challenges of our business partnerships. This role will also serve as the primary point of coordination for human rights efforts in India, supporting alignment of global expectations with local business priorities and escalating key risks or issues as needed.
