Opportunity Description
We are seeking applications for the position of Executive OMS. The incumbent will be responsible in managing relationships with key customers in various tasks and handling day-to-day shipments & operational activities of Ocean Freight - Order Management Solution (OMS) in a most efficient, smooth, and productive manner to meet KPIs, service deliverables & customer expectations.
Key Role & Responsibilities
- Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Submit Electronic Shipping Instructions (ESI) to shipping lines and consolidators.
- Prepare Master Bill of Lading (MBL), House Bill of Lading (HBL), and Forwarders Cargo Receipt (FCR) as required.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable to ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Ensure the timely dispatch of documents related to shipping and logistics.
