Executive OMS

Overview

We are seeking applications for the position of Executive OMS. The incumbent will be responsible for managing relationships with key customers and handling day-to-day shipments and operational activities of the Ocean Freight - Order Management Solution (OMS) to meet KPIs, service deliverables, and customer expectations.

Key Role & Responsibilities

• Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Submit Electronic Shipping Instructions (ESI) to shipping lines and consolidators.
• Prepare Master Bill of Lading (MBL), House Bill of Lading (HBL), and Forwarders Cargo Receipt (FCR) as required.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable to ensure accurate financial transactions.
• Ensure the timely dispatch of documents related to shipping and logistics.
