hands-on Executive, Real Estate Analytics
to support site evaluation, leasing activities, and portfolio tracking across KFC & Pizza Hut Singapore. This role is ideal for someone early in their career with a strong interest in
real estate analytics , and who enjoys translating data into practical, on-the-ground insights.
This role is positioned at an Executive level and is best suited for candidates early in their careers.
What You’ll Do
Analytics & Reporting (Core Focus) Analyse site performance data (sales trends, catchment, traffic patterns) Support and contribute to
site feasibility assessments
for new locations Prepare and interpret reports, dashboards, and trackers to support decision-making Maintain accuracy of leasing, site, and portfolio data
Market & Site Evaluation Support identification of potential sites across Singapore Conduct
on-site visits
to validate data insights...
