Executive, Research - Development

To design and develop new product and processes

To seek suitable raw materials and packaging materials for product development

To work on material planning

To arrange sample as per sales or customer request

To conduct periodic product analysis, sensory evaluation, shelf life test & optimization study when needed

To update documents such as specification in accordance to food standard

To arrange and conduct production trial run at factory

To participate in creating, launching / implementing new products

To participate in benchmarking and testing competitive produces to gain relevant information

To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science/Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent

At least 1 or 2 years working experience in food industry.
