HEPCO Inc. is seeking experienced Administrative Assistants to support the Consumer Assistance Unit for the New York State Department of Financial Services (DFS) in Albany, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for organized, detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced administrative environment and possess strong communication and case management skills.
In this role, candidates will assist with the review and processing of External Appeal applications, communicate with consumers, providers, and insurers, and maintain organized electronic case files in accordance with DFS protocols and procedures. The ideal candidate will be highly reliable, capable of managing multiple time-sensitive assignments simultaneously, and comfortable handling both written and verbal correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
