Executive / Senior Executive, Career Conversion Programme

The incumbent will support the implementation of healthcare manpower strategies and measures for Singapore's public healthcare sector under the Healthcare Manpower Division.

The incumbent will be able to contribute to the growth and sustainability of the public healthcare sector through scholarship & sponsorship management, outreach programmes and other initiatives.

• Reviewing workflows for Career Conversion Programme (CCP) to streamline and improve processes for funding parties/trainees. e.g. standardization of training allowance calculation, implementation of liquidated damages recovery workflow, etc.
• Managing financial aspects of the CCP, including grant administration, budget planning and expenditure monitoring.
• Reviewing and processing CCP payments/claims and disbursement of On‑the‑Job Training funds. e.g. collection and submission of documents, computation of ...
