Overview

Support student recruitment engagement and system processes to optimize workflows and enhance the student recruitment journey at Taylor’s Higher Education.

Responsibilities

• Manage outbound and inbound digital engagement for prospective students and parents across Taylor’s Higher Education (New Local, International, Transfer, Progression, Sponsored, and Postgraduate).
• Assist in enrolment-related activities and maintain student revenue and recruitment numbers for Taylor’s University and Taylor’s College.
• Provide counseling advice and relevant information through digital channels to prospective and existing students and parents.
• Monitor and report revenue trends and sales conversion via digital engagement channels.
• Collate data and provide insights to influence recruitment team strategy and stakeholders.
• Ensure enrolment numbers align with intake targets and monitor enrolment-related requests.
