Job Summary
The Expansion Head is a pioneer role responsible for building and scaling BIBC’s new business channels. The focus of the position includes worksite marketing, SME development, and affinity-based distribution, supported by a clear sales quota.
The role blends business development, partner activation, field execution, and team leadership. As the first dedicated Expansion Head, the incumbent will create frameworks, playbooks, and standards that will shape the company’s next growth engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute worksite marketing programs for employee voluntary benefits, SME clusters, hospitals/clinics, schools, and professional associations.
- Lead orientations, enrollment drives, benefit fairs, and partner-facing sessions.
- Create repeatable activation playbooks for employer-based and affinity-based channels.
