• Scout for feasible locations for new store development and business expansion.
• Present the brand's retail concept to prospective landlords.
• Evaluate the existing store portfolio to manage rent reduction, lease renewals, and terminations.
• Draw up feasibility studies and coordinate with all internal stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Technical, and Design teams) for each project.
• Make profitable Gross Operating Income (GOI) at the city level through renegotiations, relocations, and store closures and openings.
