Opportunity Description
**Description**
The Expeditor is responsible for providing the expediting deliverables for Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects upon receipt of an approved purchase order through the closeout of the project.
+ Track the receipt, inspection, approval and return of all deliverables required by the contract.
+ Monitor and report the supplier's production schedule to ensure milestones are being met.
+ Prepare and present schedule updates and other status reports to the project team.
+ Assess potential fabrication or shipment delays and collaborate with the supplier to resolve to meet deliverables.
+ Consult with the supplier to ensure timely transportation and lifting plans and communicate these plans to the jobsite according to construction sequencing parameters.
+ Manage and schedule deliveries to multiple sites and serves as a liaison between the supplier and the site personnel.
