**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

Expedites and assists with a wide variety of non-skilled facility-related maintenance and repairs, such as minor plumbing repairs, pressure washing, painting, light bulb replacements, and similar tasks. Assists with tenant or departmental moves.

An incumbent may drive a Franciscan Health System vehicle to various sites for parts pick-up and to transport equipment between sites.

+ Maintains areas of responsibility in a clean and orderly manner, performing minor interior repairs including, but not limited to, ceiling tile replacements, repair of wall penetrations, and other tasks of similar scope.
+ Performs minor maintenance repairs and installations using hand and power tools, including, but not limited to, plumbing maintenance such as faucet/toilet parts replacement and trap removal and electrical maintenance such as light bulb replacement.
