Role Summary
Drive end-to-end product and/or user experience design (including discovery, ideation, concepting, UI/visual design, wireframing, prototyping and validation) to create digital solutions
Collaborate within cross-functional product or project teams, aiming to create user experiences that lead to business impact (., customer satisfaction/loyalty/retention, self-servicing)
Serves as a design conduit for product or project teams while studying and analyzing user challenges / needs
